Sam is a Michelin-starred chef with a passion for low and slow barbecue. His innovative approach to traditional barbecue techniques creates unforgettable flavors in every dish.

Assigned as Highway's weekend staff. He eats so much of the staff meals that he's putting pressure on the restaurant's finances.
